There’s been two sides to my life. On one side, I’ve been an award-winning army commando, a national sporting champion and I’ve helped organically grow a multi-million pound business with over 250 employees.
On the other side, after the birth of my first child, I struggled. I did the typical guy thing, I ignored the warning signs. I went from being a leader of men to failing to lead myself. My actions (or lack of them) nearly cost me everything I had worked for and my marriage. I believe in ‘never missing twice’. I’ve harnessed the pain of my past and created my business, BetterMen.
I work with men, business owners and career professionals who despite being ‘technically successful’ feel unhappy or unfulfilled with their current life. I help them to develop a stronger purpose and build healthier boundaries around work and life. Ultimately, my work is about enabling men to achieve and sustain true success.

I am the proud winner of the Inspiration of the Year Award and received a silver in the Health and Wellbeing Award category at the Welsh Veterans Awards held in July 2022.
My first military mentor taught me, above all else, ‘always add value’ and be it through BetterMen, Men & Mountains, writing my book or my charitable work, I strive to add value. Thank you to all those who support me.
